TACTICAL MOLLE BAG with Level IIIa Insert Panel. Includes ballistic armor panel and backpack with internal sleeve to hold the panel. ARMR UNLMT'D Ballistic Armor Level IIIA Panel. Rated at level IIIA protection per National Institute of Justice (NIJ) standards. Level IIIA protects against 9mm, 10mm, 357SIG, 44mag.
