Modul 3M Russian Bulletproof Armor vest with Plates and ancient spall liner bags, from 90s or 00s issue, size 2 which is akin to a medium / large. Perfect for your 00s Russian spetsnaz or MVD cosplay / airsoft / tarkov / reenactment. Probably less perfect for your Ukraine one but i've seen the green dudes issued a lot of weird stuff so you never know haha. The plates were claimed to be GOST 5 (think 7.62x54R) and while they may be due to weighing like 10 or 20 pounds its irrelevant because they will almost certainly spall upon impact so use at own risk. I do not believe these plates were originally intended for this vest but they do fit and thus will be included unless you want to negotiate otherwise.
