Level IIIA, Size 18x14 / 23x16. This ballistic vest has a brand new cover with a front plate pocket. Recovered with durable Black Nylon Cordura Fabric; plate pocket will hold up to a 7x9 plate that you supply. Brand New Carrier also comes with Brand New Removable and Adjustable Super Strong velcro shoulder and waist straps. Carrier is stitched closed to prevent moisture intrusion. Date of Manufacture: Circa 2018 however Recovered in 2023. First set of measurements is the front panel and second set of measurements is the rear panel. Example AxB / CxD; A is front width, B is front length, C is back width and D is back length. Panel width is measured across the girth (waist). Panel length is measured from the top center to the bottom.
