We replaced the shoulder straps with brand new straps. Front and back have plate pocket to hold 5 x 8" or 8x10" plate. Front Panel Dimensions: 21" wide x 13" long.

Back Panel Dimensions: 25" wide x 14" long. Includes Front and Rear Soft Armor Ballistic Panels: YES. Carrier Material: Athletic Sport Mesh. Panel width is measured across the girth (waist). Panel length is measured from the top center to the bottom.
