The Alpha Light Ballistic Clipboard and Tablet Holder was d esigned specifically for the needs of the traffic officer and others where a routine day can suddenly turn violent. The Alpha Light not your 20th century technology ballistic fiber panel with a clip stuck on it! Our unique design uses a premium ballistic steel panel and large backface pad to safely absorb hits with negligible blunt trauma, while the hand strap allows the user to maintain full control of the clipboard with one hand - even when repeatedly struck by gunfire. The Alpha Light can be used both as a basic ballistic clipboard for use with paper pads, and as a tablet holder with the addition of the included corner bumpers and magnetic clips allowing it to securely anchor all common tablets and tablet cases. (Note that modern electronics are NOT affected by magnets; these clips will not damage your tablet or otherwise impact its performance).
The clipboard includes a small viewport in the ballistic panel allowing the front tablet camera to be used without having to remove the tablet from the clipboard.
